In a new vlog released by Cong, the famous YouTuber shared how he invited James to be the godfather of his son, Zeus Emmanuel or Kidlat.

This happened while the two were shooting a new commercial for a popular softdrinks brand with Cong’s brother, Marlon “Junnie Boy” Velasquez, Jr.

“Can you be the father of my baby? Ay, godfather. I’m sorry I’m nervous eh,” Cong asked James.

“Maybe you want to be the father,” he added.

In the middle of their shoot, Cong approached James again to ask if he agreed to his invitation.

James Reid, on the other hand, agreed with Cong’s invitation. The latter went on to explain that he doesn’t need to attend the ceremony.

It can be recalled that it was in July when Viy gave birth to her and Cong TV’s first child, Kidlat.

The couple is known as some of the most popular vloggers in the country. Cong TV currently has 10.3 million subscribers on YouTube, while Viy has 6.12 million.

Meanwhile, James Reid is a Filipino-Australian singer-songwriter, actor, dancer, model, record producer, and record label executive.

His showbiz career started in the early 2010s after being named as Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash 2010.

He came into prominence for his leading role in the film Diary ng Panget

Then, he starred in movies, such as Talk Back and You’re Dead, Para sa Hopeless Romantic, This Time and Never Not Love You.
