Homeowner vs Security Guard
HOMEOWNER VS SECURITY GUARD – A homeowner who “insulted” and even cursed at a security guard in a subdivision in Bacolod City issued a public apology.
It was just recently when an altercation between a homeowner identified as Mark Salditos Ermeo and the head guard of a subdivision in Bacolod City named Carlo Claro went viral.
Ermeo, a businessman- who buys and sells cars, said that he was prohibited to enter the subdivision for being unable to present his car pass.
According to him, it was the first time (October 23), that he was not allowed to enter the subdivision.
He has been staying in an assumed flat at the subdivision with legal documents to prove that he’s also a homeowner.
But one of the rules and regulations in the said subdivision is that vehicles owned by a homeowner must have a car pass sticker but in the case of Ermeo, he only has a “gate pass” which is valid from April 7, 2022, to April 7, 2023.
Apparently, he left it inside his house which is why he was not allowed to enter with the car he’s presumed to sell.
He even asked the security guard to convoy him on his way to his house but the latter allegedly denied it. Then, he called a police officer to assist him in order to enter the subdivision.
Ermeo believes that the homeowners association ordered the security guard to not allow him from entering the subdivision.
Ermeo admitted that there were times his neighbor complained due to his more or less 10 cars parked on the roadside near his house.
Meanwhile, the homeowner has issued a public apology for “insulting” and cursing at the security guard.
The two faced off in a hearing earlier today, October 27.
He made the public apology after receiving “death threats” and as the issue affects his business and family.
Earlier, Ermeo said that he was going to file a cyber libel complaint against Claro for posting their confrontation on social media.
