Typhoon Karding update as of 11 AM today

TYPHOON KARDING – PAGASA announced via its latest bulletin issued at 11 AM today, September 26, 2022, that it slightly weakens as it continues to move west-northwestward away from Luzon

It is traversing West Northwestward at 30 km/h and has maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h.

The center of the eye of Typhoon Karding was located 230 km West of Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 remains in the following areas:

LUZON – The central and western portions of Pangasinan (Santa Barbara, Bayambang, Mangaldan, Dagupan City, Calasiao, San Carlos City, Basista, Urbiztondo, Mangatarem, Aguilar, Bugallon, Binmaley, Lingayen, Labrador, Sual, City of Alaminos, Bolinao, Anda, Bani, Agno, Burgos, Mabini, Dasol, Infanta, Malasiqui, Alcala, Bautista), Zambales, the western portion of Tarlac (Camiling, San Clemente, Santa Ignacia, San Jose, Mayantoc, Capas, Bamban), and the northwestern portion of Pampanga (Mabalacat City, Angeles City, Porac, Floridablanca)

According to PAGASA, the next update about Typhoon Karding will be issued at 5 PM today.
