Here’s the message of Ogie Diaz on Robredo
OGIE DIAZ – The vlogger-talent manager took to social media wherein he defended former Vice President Leni Robredo.
This was after critics took notice of her “absence” in the early hours of the devastation of Typhoon Karding.
In fact, she was even called out by the Twitter account “Jam Magno” due to her “pagkawala” in such a difficult time.
Jam Magno’s call out on Robredo might be its response to the #NasaanAngPangulo which also trended at the time as netizens started to look for President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos.
“Nasaan si Leni” trended as well as netizens, partly critics and supporters, look for the ex-VP.
Amid the calls for Robredo to take action amid the calamity, Ogie Diaz took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter wherein he defended her.
“Andami pa ring t*ng*ng troll, no? Si Leni ang inaasahan nila on the ground. Kailangan na talagang tutukan ng gobyerno ang edukasyon. Paurong na sila, di na pasulong,” he wrote.
In another post, Ogie lauded Robredo’s NGO “Angat Buhay” which reportedly extended help to victims of the super typhoon.
“Wag nyo po masyadong husayan, Madam. Di matanggap ng iba. Di sila sanay sa masipag at may malasakit,” he wrote.
Ogie Diaz, a talent manager-vlogger, is a well-known Kakampink, a supporter of Robredo- who was defeated by Marcos in the May 9 election.
Leni Robredo has yet to issue any response to the message of Diaz.
But it can be deduced from her Twitter posts that she has been monitoring the areas hit by the typhoon through Angat Buhay.
