Neri Miranda: “Welcome to Cash’s Condo”
NERI MIRANDA — The wife of “Parokya ni Edgar” frontman Chito Miranda recently spoke about buying a condo unit for her son, Cash.
The “wais na misis” has bought a condo unit for her 11-month-old son so that he can make use of it in the future.
On Instagram, Neri shared a photo of them with her husband inside their property and said that she used her son’s money from endorsements to buy the condo unit.
The said unit, according to Neri Miranda, would also be her son’s first business.
According to her, she managed their children’s money by putting it in investments and insurance.
Neri also said that she’s looking forward to the day their children understand the importance of saving money and the efforts she and Chito have been doing.
“Hinuhulugan ko pa rin to. Kapag wala pang pumapasok na endorsement kay Cash, ako muna ang nagbabayad monthly. Yung kay Kuya Miggy, tapos na naming bayaran,” she wrote. “Nakaraos din after ilang years, hehe!“

The “wais na misis” said that they are currently looking for someone who will rent Cash’s condo unit so that they can generate income and can save more money.
To recall, it was last September 5 when she shared the story of how she bought a salon in Tagaytay — from going to a salon for treatment to acquiring the salon to save employees from losing their jobs.
At that time, Neri shared that she would open her new business venture for a franchise.
