Netizens bash Vince Tañada after looking for a photographer in exchange for x-deals

VINCE TAÑADA – The actor-director was bashed on social media after announcing that he’s looking for a photographer on his birthday in exchange for “X-Deals”.

On Facebook, Tañada announced that he was looking for a photographer for his birthday in exchange for “X-Deals”.

“Looking for a photographer who can do X Deals for my birthday party tonight. PM me!” he wrote.

An “X-deal” is a transaction between two parties to swap goods or services without the involvement of cash.

It is not yet known what the photographer will gain after agreeing to give its services to the director for free.

Apparently, some netizens were not amused by the announcement of the director:

“Hala uy wala nang libre ngayon…Kung walang pambayad ng photographer, may cellphone ka naman,” Sass Sasot commented.

His Facebook post has been deleted but he’s yet to give any comment over criticisms that he’s receiving due to his post.

Vince Tañada is the director of the musical drama film, Katips.

It is about a group of student activists from the Katipunan area of Quezon City who struggled to protest the imposition of nationwide martial law in the 1970s.

The film stars Jerome Ponce, Vince Tañada, Mon Confiado, Sazchna Laparan, Nicole Laurel Asensio and to name a few.

Katips is being pitted against its rival movie, Maid in Malacañang. It is about the last 72 hours of the Marcos family in the Palace.

It stars Cesar Montano as former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., Diego Loyzaga as President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., Cristine Reyes as Senator Imee Marcos, and Ruffa Gutierrez as Imelda Romualdez Marcos and Ella Cruz as Irene Marcos.

While those who will portray as house helpers of the Marcos family are Elizabeth Oropesa as Yaya Lucy, Beverly Salviejo as Yaya Biday, and Karla Estrada as Yaya Santa.
