What Vice Ganda has to say about the rumored breakup with Ion Perez?
VICE GANDA – The Unkabogable Comedian and It’s Showtime host reacted to the rumor that it’s already over between him and his partner Ion Perez.
Vice Ganda is considered one of the most popular stars today.
He is a regular host on ABS-CBN’s noontime variety show It’s Showtime and has starred in several films, eight of which are considered to be the highest-grossing in Philippine cinema.
On the other hand, Ion Perez rose to fame as Kuya Escort in the Miss Q and A segment of It’s Showtime.
Vice and Ion tied the knot in a commitment ceremony at The Little Vegas Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada last year.
In the August 16 episode of It’s Showtime, Vice Ganda addressed the rumors that he and his partner have broken up.
It can be recalled that recently the couple made a buzz online via the blind item of veteran entertainment columnist and host Cristy Fermin after she claimed that the two got separated.
But on the noontime show, he refuted such a rumor and even gave Ion a hug. The latter came from a six-day vacation in Japan.
“I’m celebrating dahil bumalik na si Ion from Japan,” he said.
According to Vice, it was the longest time that they have been away from each other since they started staying under one roof when the COVID-19 struck.
Vice Ganda admitted that part of their relationship is to balance their time for their respective families.
When asked for a message about the rumors, he said: “Masaya kami. Huwag kayong gumagawa ng mga ano, mga chismosa kayo! Hiwalay na daw kami ni Ion?”
“Etong mga damonyong ‘to. Hoy, mga damonyo!” the comedian added.
