Candy Pangilinan on her son: “Di ko siya pipilitin at mag aaway na naman kami”
CANDY PANGILINAN — The actress recently took to social media to open up about raising her son with autism.
Candy admitted that she and her son Quentin still have so much to learn from each other as she shared a video on her Instagram account wherein she and her son have a conversation about school.
In the said video, she can be heard asking her son whether or not he wants to attend certain classes.

The actress-comedienne said in the caption of her social media post that she doesn’t insist on many matters with her son because they usually fight over it.
She also shared what she does in order to prevent any argument from arising between her and her son, saying that she talks to her son or discusses what could be taken away instead.
However, she noted that there are a number of things she considers before acting on anything.
“Kakausapin ko na lang after in some other way. Or I take away some of the things that he likes for not doing things he needs,” she wrote in the caption of her social media post. “But before I do such, I have to find out why he doesn’t want to go to class. Does he understand the meaning of summer? Meaning break from academic classes?”
She also admitted that it’s still a long way to go for her and her son, saying that they still have a lot to learn from each other.
