3 Male Students Cut Their Long Hair Before Face-to-Face Classes

Three male students went viral online after having a haircut before the resumption of face-to-face classes.

2 x 3 haircuts, sometimes known as “barber’s cuts,” are the norm for most Philippine schools and universities. The hair is shaved off in two-inch sections on the sides and three-inch sections on the back to let you see clearly.

The haircut policy only applies to male students. The students are reminded that they have a task to do at a particular time each month by getting haircuts frequently.

The Facebook page RR Valencia Salon for Men and Women has shared photos of three young boys who have their hair cut before the opening of in-person classes. The post quickly circulates online after it was posted on social media.

In the photos, it can be seen that the three students strike a pose for the last time with their long hair. After taking a picture, the three have their haircuts in preparation for the 2022-2023 academic school year.

The salon in San Juan City explained that the kids decide to have a haircut to comply with the “haircut policy” of schools. He also explained that complying with school policies is important and students can grow their hair back after graduating from school.
