Drunk Male Motorist Bumps Female Driver’s Car & Denies He Was Drunk
A drunk male motorist is set to face charges after he accidentally bumped into a female driver’s car and denied he is under the influence of alcoholic liquor.
The Facebook page “InterAgency Council for Traffic (I-ACT)” has shared photos of two car drivers involved in a vehicular accident. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.
The drunk male SUV driver accidentally hits another vehicle in Quezon City while he is under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The two vehicles suffered huge damages due to the strong impact.
The lady driver filed a complaint against the drunk motorist due to the incident. The two faced each other at QCPD station. The operatives from I-ACT LTO Anti-Drunk and Drugged Enforcement Unit went to the station to process the case.
Unfortunately, the suspect denied that he is drunk and challenged the woman to a field sobriety test and an alcohol breathalyzer test. However, the lady has 0.000% blood alcohol content and he has 0.186%.
The suspect will face charges of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage to Property and violation of the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013 (RA 10586).
