Remember when Sharon Cuneta called out Salvador Panelo for singing “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas”? It seems that the two are now okay
SALVADOR PANELO and ROBIN PADILLA – The two were spotted at the “Iconic” concert of Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez.
The Senator-elect recently went to social media wherein she posted a photo of him alongside Panelo and Cuneta. It was taken right after the concert.
It seems that all is well between the singer and the former Presidential spokesperson.
It can be recalled that during the election, Panelo and Cuneta made a buzz online when the latter called out the ex-spox.
This, after Panelo sang Sharon’s hit single “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas” in a campaign sortie in Quezon City on March 10, 2022.
Sharon claimed that Panelo destroyed the classic song.
But in the official statement released by the former presidential spokesperson of President Rodrigo Duterte, he said that he performed the song “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas” as a tribute to his late son with Down Syndrome.
Eventually, Sharon, the wife of vice-presidential hopeful Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan apologized for calling out Panelo.
Meanwhile, Sharon Cuneta also went to social media wherein she posted some snaps of herself alongside the actor-turned-senator and the former presidential spokesman.
Her post was accompanied by the caption: “Before and after ICONIC last night! Our beloved friends surprised us, including number 1 Senator Robin @robinhoodpadilla who came with Sec. Panelo!”
Sharon also admitted that she and the husband of Mariel Padilla plan to make a movie together for their fans.
