Father of Carmina Villaroel passes away
REGGIE VILLAROEL – The father of actress Carmina Villaroel passed away earlier today.
On Instagram, Carmina posted a photo of her father together with her late mom, Menchu Villarroel.
In the comments section, some celebrities such as Darren Espanto, Sherilyn Reyes, Kyline Alcantara, Gelli de Belen, Marian Rivera, Marjorie Barretto, and to name a few extended their sympathy.
Mavy Legaspi also paid a tribute to his “Daddy Groovy.”
According to him, another angel has returned to heaven.
Meanwhile, in the vlog released by Carmina in February, she and her husband Zoren Legaspi talked about their marriage way back in 2012.
In the said vlog, the couple shared the reason why they got married “abruptly”, and what was Zoren’s favorite scene when they tied the knot.
“Alam naman nila na surprise kasi yun, and isang triggering point kasi nun kaya siya naging surprise at mabilisan, nagkasakit kasi si Daddy Reggie, bibigyan ng hip replacement,” he said.
Left without any option, Zoren decided to get married to Carmina while her father is yet to undergo an operation, despite lack of preparation.
Zoren said that it would be useless to hold a wedding without the presence of Carmina’s father. To make the story short, they tied the knot being witnessed by the actress’s dad.
Apparently, Carmina Villaroel has yet to give any details regarding the internment of her father.
