NCMF might file a complaint against prank channel Tukomi
TUKOMI – The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) is mulling to file a complaint against the prank channel because of their “Arabo prank” video.
Tukomi is a prank channel run by brothers Oliver, Lester, and Hiroshi Tukomi.
Their YouTube channel has over 4 million subscribers while their Facebook page has more than 4 million followers.
The group produces pranks and challenges every week.
One of their most popular uploads is their 4-part “Taong Grasa/Rich Kid” pranks where they disguise as beggars and go around the town while driving a sports car.
Apparently, the group might be put behind bars because of their latest prank titled “Maghagis ng itim na Bag ng Naka pang Arabo.”
In their video, Tukomi disguised as an “Arab” man throwing a black bag at their victims.
But for the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, the prank is “insensitive”.
The commission said that the famous content creator is just giving a bad impression to Muslims.
NCMF said they have already forwarded the information to their Bureau of Legal Affairs, particularly in determining the cases that may be filed against the people behind the said channel.
“Meanwhile, we appeal to the public to refrain from spreading the video, and to avoid further engagements with the content creators,” NCMF said.
Tukomi has already apologized for its social media gaffe.
“Humihingi kami ng paumanhin sa lahat ng mga na offend na mga kapatid nating Muslim. We will address the issue regarding sa kumakalat tungkol sa recent comment trolling prank episode natin,” they said.

That’s bad… No respect for the Muslims. They pictured the Muslims as terrorist. Just hoping that no plastic bag containing explosives will be delivered to them.
