In a radio interview, BBM should fulfill “unity” by hiring people who are from the opposition, in other words, not their party members.

“Ngayon, lahat kami todo submit ng pangalan para maipasok at marami sa mga nire-recommend ko sinasabi ‘yung dilawan, pinklawan,” she said.

Apparently, the senator did not reveal who the “pinklawan” are on their list who will be part of the next administration.

It can be recalled that incoming President Bongbong Marcos has appointed Arsenio Balisacan, who worked during the administration of former president Noynoy Aquino as NEDA secretary.

Meanwhile, here are the personalities who have accepted BBM’s offer to become part of his Cabinet:

  • Vice President-elect Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio (Department of Education)
  • Former Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chair Benhur Abalos (Department of the Interior and Local Government)
  • Atty. Vic Rodriguez (Executive Secretary)
  • Cavite 7th District Rep. Boying Remulla (Department of Justice)
  • Former Philippine Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan (National Economic and Development Authority)
  • Former labor chief Bienvenido Laguesma (Department of Labor and Employment)
  • Migrant workers advocate Susan “Toots” Ople (Department of Migrant Workers)
  • Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas governor Benjamin Diokno (Department of Finance)
  • Ex-UP President Alfredo Pascual (Department of Trade and Industry)
  • Ex-congressman Antonio Lagdameo Jr. (Special Assistant to the President)

Meanwhile, some netizens are urging Marcos to take his rivals, Vice President Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan to be part of his Cabinet.
