UV Express Driver Earns Praises Online for Giving Free Rides to Filipino Commuters
UV express driver gives free rides to the Filipino commuters to show his gratitude and thanksgiving to them.
Nowadays, most people are very desperate to secure a livelihood and stable source of income to provide the financial necessities of their families and loved ones. Some of them also shows kindness towards others after earning.
A Facebook user named Dennis Cortes has shared the photo of himself driving his public utility vehicle while giving free rides to his passengers. The post goes viral online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
On Wednesday (April 13, 2022), Cortes drives his UV express and pick up passengers along his route. However, he refused to accept cash payment from the commuters and give them a free ride.
Cortes said that it way his way to express his gratefulness and thankfulness to God for all the blessings. He also thanked the commuters especially during this Holy Wednesday. He expressed his happiness to see the smile from his passenger’s face.

Isang UV express driver ang hindi nagpapabayad ng pamasahe sa kanyang mga pasahero.
Ayon sa netizen na si Dennis Cortes, sumakay siya at nagbayad pero hindi ito tinanggap ng driver dahil paaran daw niya ito para magpasalamat lalo na’t Miyerkules Santo.
Dagdag ni Dennis, masayang nagpapasalamat ang mga pasahero sa driver at kita rin sa mata niyang masaya siyang makatulong.”
