A prenup agreement is an agreement between a couple to protect their assets and properties. One advantage of this agreement is that the properties of the couple will be preserved in case they decide to separate.

It was last February 2022 when the actress admitted that she and David Rainey tied the knot in Northern Ireland last October 2021. They’re planning to have a 2nd wedding here in the Philippines.

The couple is currently residing in the Philippines and they’re setting up a bed-and-breakfast business in Baler, Aurora.

Glaiza recently admitted in an exclusive interview on PEP last April 8 that she and her husband didn’t have a prenup agreement before they get married. She explained that she and her husband agreed not to undergo a prenup agreement as they believed they didn’t need it.

Wag naman dumating sa ganoon kasi parang ayoko din na masyadong yung mga legal-legal na pag-uusap, kung sa tingin niyo naman… I don’t know, it’s just something na we didn’t do,” Glaiza said.

Meanwhile, Glaiza was asked if she and her husband have any plans to have kids. According to her, having kids is in their plans but they’re still in the process of “transitioning”.

Medyo matagal-tagal pa po. Kasi we’re still planning for our wedding here, saka ‘di rin ganon kadalai mag-settle,” Glaiza said. “Medyo mahaba-haba pang time ‘yung kailangan namin for transitioning.
