Congressman Teves’s Son Beats up Security Guard
KURT MATTHEW TEVES – The son of House Deputy Speaker and Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. and his companions beat up a security guard at BF Homes in Parañaque City.
The mauling incident was caught by the CCTV camera showing the security guard identified as Jomar Pajares being beaten up by Teves and his companions.
In an interview via GMA News, the victim shared the attack started when he told the son of the lawmaker that they are not allowed to enter the subdivision since they don’t have a residential sticker.
According to Pajares, another gate is open for those who do not have a residential sticker but a motorist entering the said subdivision should leave an identification card.
Kurt Matthew Teves left the scene and returned with his companions onboard another vehicle. When they got out of the vehicle, they talked to Pajares, however, they ended up beating the security guard.
But before the mauling, the son of the congressman challenged the security guard for a shootout.
During his interview, Pajares turned emotional because he’s worried for his own safety and his family as well.

Meanwhile, the BF Federation of Homeowners Associations Inc. (BFFHAI) condemned in an official statement the incident.
“The rules on stickers were designed primarily to ensure the security of the homeowners. No one should be above these rules regardless of social status, political inclination or influence,” it said.

It is true. No one is above the rules. Jomar Pajares is just doing his job. Arrogance will just lead to your downfall. God hates pride and He loves the underdogs. May Jomar Pajares be vindicated. God said, vengeance is mine.
The bible says in Psalm 119:78 – The arrogance be put to shame. Arrogant people feel superior about themselves and always feeling entitled. But God hates pride. It is better to be humble than being proud and arrogant. We are just passing through and pilgrims in this planet earth. Be kind and compassionate with your brother and love one another because God is love.
