In the midst of endorsing VP Leni, Congressman Barzaga was interrupted by his son to promote BBM
ROBREDO VS BBM – Cavite 4th District Rep. Elpidio “Pidi” Barzaga was endorsing VP Leni when was “rudely” interrupted by his son, Dasmariñas Councilor Kiko Barzaga to promote former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Robredo and Marcos Jr. are among the leading candidates in the coming May 9, 2022 elections vying for the presidential post.
Robredo will run with her runningmate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan while Marcos Jr, vies for the presidency alongside Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.
They will go against the tandem of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
Meanwhile, Cavite 4th District Rep. Elpidio “Pidi” Barzaga was in the middle of his speech endorsing Robredo when his son, Dasmariñas Councilor Kiko Barzaga went onstage to promote BBM.
In the video, Kiko can be seen lighting the fireworks and dancing around.
Then, he got himself a microphone and glanced at the paper that his father was holding, and asked his dad: “Bat Leni to?” Afterward, he started to promote BBM.
When he returned the microphone to his father, his dad said: “I will continue what I have been saying before I was rudely interrupted.”

Apparently, some netizens were not happy with the actions of Kiko but according to him, it was just friendly banter between him and his father.
