Here’s the response of Alma Concepcion to basher who called her “gurami”
ALMA CONCEPCION – The beauty queen and actress reacted to a basher who caller her “gurami.”
A lot of showbiz personalities fell victim to bashers online.
Some celebrities choose not to answer them, but there are also some who get pissed off especially when the tension is below the belt.
There are even cases wherein they settle their discourse legally.
One of them was actress and beauty queen Alma Concepcion.
Based on the criticism of the basher, Alma- who’s now 46-years-old is “gurang” or old.
Gurami on the other hand refers to a freshwater fish.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, March 6, Alma posted a screenshot from a basher’s comment on her Instagram post.
In a comment, the basher called Alma and her colleagues in the picture as “Mga gurami.”
Concepcion responded to the netizen in a polite way.
The Bb. Pilipinas International 1994 asked, “So? Aging is privilege denied to many. Ano issue mo sa gurami?”
Her post was accompanied by the caption: “Mas gusto ko na maging ‘gurami’ kesa maging bata na wala naman respeto sa kapwa.”
In the comments section of her post, Alma also shared the other comment of the said basher.
“ANU NA NAMAN ANG PROBLEMA NG MATANDANG TO?” the basher asked.
To which she responded: “Its not the age its how u look. Ikaw ano itsura mo.”
Alma is considered one of the most promising stars of her generation.
In 1994, she made a name for herself when she won the title as Bb. Pilipinas-International.
