Is it true that Willie Revillame was offered this position in Manny Villar’s TV network?

A source of comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz shared that veteran TV host Willie Revillame received this offer from billionaire businessman Manny Villar.

It was been rumored days ago that Willie will be leaving GMA-7, the home network of his co-produced game show Wowowin for almost seven years. Rumors also surfaced that the host is set to transfer to Villar’s Advanced Media Broadcastin System Inc. Its frequencies were previously owned by ABS-CBN.

In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of Ogie Diaz, he shared that Manny Villar and his daughter Camille Villar visited Willie Revillame. Photos of them together circulated online.

Ogie mentioned that the renewal of contract between Willie and GMA did not push through and there is a rumor saying that it is because the veteran host already came up with a deal with Villar.

“Baka raw nagkasarahan.. nagkasarahan na raw si Willie at si Senator Manny Villar sa AMBS na siya raw ang magiging head ng content in the future na gagawin ng AMBS,” the comedian-talent manager said.

Ogie added that the finality regarding this is yet to be announced. He also said eventually, the result of the conversation that happened between the billionaire businessman and the TV host will be revealed through what will happen next.

However, the comedian-talent manager stressed that Willie Revillame will always be grateful to the Kapuso network for accommodating his show.

Meanwhile Ogie shared that actress Meryll Soriano, the daughter of Willie has been posting photos and videos of the TV host taken during his bonding moments with grandkids. Ogie also shared that Willie has spent time with his friends in showbiz these past days.
