Xian Gaza Explains Why He Finds Youtube Vlogging Cheap, Very ‘Hampaslupa’
XIAN GAZA – Controversial social media personality Xian Gaza said Youtube vlogging is “cheap” and very “hampaslupa.”
There are over 30 million Youtube channels now and vloggers post regular videos about themselves or their lives on it. Whether you’re a person who is looking for a recipe, action, or a techy who needs to hear about the latest smartphones, there are channels on that social media site.
During the pandemic lockdown, Youtube became one of the sources of entertainment for lots of people. Celebrities also produce their own content for Youtube.
Last December, Youtube revealed its top 10 creators in the Philippines. The top Youtubers in 2021 are Ivana Alawi, Zeinab Harake, Alex Gonzaga, Toni Gonzaga, Donnalyn Bartolome, Vice Ganda, Skusta Clee, Mika Salamanca, Hash Alawi and Cong TV.

On Wednesday, January 26, social media personality Xian Gaza said something about vlogging. In his FB post, he shared that one of his friends asked him why he won’t join the world of vlogging considering he has thousands of viewers each time he posts a video on Facebook.
The businessman said he finds Youtube vlogging cheap and very “hampaslupa.” He said he just want to entertain his followers without asking for anything in return.
“Sa panahon natin ngayon… nakaka-cheap na ang pagva-vlog sa Youtube. Nakakababa ng personal brand value. Saka isa pa, nag-level up na rin ako. Ang pangit naman kasi kung multimillionaire CEO ka ng maraming kumpanya na palaging nababalita sa mainstream media tapos babanat ka ng “Nyeallo guuuys… nywelcome come back to my Yooouuutuuube chaneeel! Don’t forget to like and subscribe mga Marites!” Devah? So kadiri. Very hampaslupa…”
“Magpapayaman na lang ako sa pagnenegosyo. Sila na lang ang magpayaman sa Youtube. Hindi ko talaga linya yan sa totoo lang. Ang mahalaga eh napapasaya ko yung mga followers ko na walang kapalit,” he added.
