KRIS BERNAL — The actress recently took to social media to share that she and her husband Perry Choi spent their first New Year as a married couple.
Kris shared photos on Instagram to mark the occasion.
In her Instagram post, Kris said that the best, most meaningful, and most significant thing that happened to her was that she “married a chef”.
“For someone who isn’t particularly gifted in the kitchen, the best, most meaningful, most significant thing that happened to me this year: I married a chef,” Kris wrote.
According to her, life wasn’t about possession but was about appreciation, new hopes, and aspirations.
“Happy New Year, everyone! Life is not about possession; it is about appreciation, new hopes, and aspirations. Spread some kindness and cheer! Life is tough!” Kris wrote.

Perry, for his part, also shared a photo on his Instagram account, saying “Happy new year…happy wife para happy life”.
Kris and Perry got married at the St. Alphonsus Mary de Liguori Parish in Makati last September 25.
Meanwhile, the actress recalled the three months that has passed of them being a married couple in her Instagram account last December 26. Although it had just been 3 months, the actress had already experienced love in many forms from her husband.
According to her, getting married to Perry has been the “best decision” she has ever made.
