Cristy Fermin Fires Back At Vice Ganda’s Statement Against ‘Marites’

Cristy Fermin told Vice Ganda to stop being “balat sibuyas”

Veteran showbiz writer/commentator Cristy Fermin fired back at comedian-host Vice Ganda because of his statement against “Marites”.

Previously, Vice slammed the “Marites” after veteran showbiz columnist Lolit Solis wrote about rumors saying about his alleged power-tripping which was contradicted by his co-host Jugs Jugueta. Apparently, this was the root of the discussion of Cristy and her Cristy Perminute co-host Rommel Chika.

Based on the article in Bandera, in a recent episode of Cristy Fermin’s radio talk show, she pointed out that her colleague Lolit appreciated the clarification that Jugs did about Vice but the latter still had his “patutsada”.

“Huwag kang nagiging balat sibuyas kung kasing kapal na ng repolyo ang mukha mo. Nagbabalat sibuyas ka pa, nagagalit ka pa kapag ang Marites pinagpipistahan ka. E bakit ka magagalit, dun lang naman sila kumukuha sa post mo?” Cristy said.

The showbiz writer also said that the public just has glimpses of the life of celebrities because of what they share online. She also said that in order for people to stop talking about Vice, the comedian should also stop posting about his life.

“Tigilan mo ang pagpo-post tungkol sa sarili mo at kay Ion, at kung ano ang kayamanang nasa iyo. Wala ka ring matitikman na kahit ano mula sa mga Marites,” she stressed.

Rommel Chika pointed out that being talked about by the “Marites” can prove that a celebrity is still relevant and that people are still interested in him or her.

Cristy Fermin commented that this is what Vice Ganda wants. She said that the comedian wants attention from the public and that the problem is within himself because he is the one who is opening to the public. “Isarado mo yan, wala kang mababasang kahit na ano,” she stressed.
