According to him, the network has yet to pay him for the royalties that handle his album launched in the Philippines.

He stressed that he has been trying to reach out to ABS-CBN for the last seven (7) years regarding the matter but until now, the network has yet to make any response.

Here’s the statement of David DiMuzio on Facebook:

“Does anyone know a good attorney I can hire to contact ABS-CBN? They have never paid me even ONE PESO of royalties contractually owed on the songs I released through their record label and publishing company Star Songs, and every time I have inquired over the past 7+ years they either blow me off or don’t respond at all to my request for a royalty statement. Songs I released through them have garnered millions of streams.”

His post earned mixed reactions and comments from the netizens.

ABS-CBN and Star Music have yet to issue any statement with regards to the concern of the YouTube sensation.
