‘Ungrateful’ Typhoon Victim Complains About Relief Goods She Received

Instead of thanking the person who gave her relief goods, a typhoon victim chose to complain

A netizen took to social media wherein she exposed the message she received from an “ungrateful” typhoon victim.

It was just recently when Odette, the 15th tropical cyclone for 2021, devastated various parts of the country.

The typhoon wreaks havoc leaving more than 200 casualties as of posting. It is estimated that the damage left is worth millions in infrastructure and agriculture.

To help the typhoon victims, different civic groups, prominent personalities, politicians and even celebrities have organized relief operations.

While everyone is crying for help to feed their empty stomach after being left with nothing when the typhoon struck, a typhoon victim even had the guts to complain about the relief goods she received.

Recently, a certain Oshin Cañete Tornilla took to the social networking site, Facebook wherein she exposed the message she received from an “ungrateful” typhoon victim.

According to her, the typhoon victim complained about how they will be able to survive with four (4) kilos of rice, 4 cans of corned beef, 4 noodles, 5 pieces of eggs, and 500 ML water.

In the later part of the message, the typhoon victim told Tornilla: “Wla kna lang tani nang htg (Di ka na lang sana nambigay).”

Her post has gone viral garnering mixed reactions from the netizens.

Tornilla said that the relief goods she distributed came from her own pocket. She stressed that none helped her to raise the amount in order to buy the goods.
