It was on December 10 when Soriano joined the BBM-SARA caravan in Laguna.

Apparently, he was criticized online for supporting Marcos Jr.

This prompted director Daryl Yap, who’s behind the famous page “Vincentiments”, to defend the husband of Toni Gonzaga.

“Kinacancel si Direk Paul Soriano dahil ang pinili nyang suportahan ay si Bongbong Marcos. Nung tinignan ko kung sinu-sino ang nambabash-
eh yung mga taga-industriyang ang gusto nila— sila lang ang tama, sila lang ang may ipinaglalaban,” the director said.

He also chides at his colleagues in the industry.

Paul Soriano has yet to issue any statement with regards to the criticisms he’s receiving for supporting BBM.

Paul is known for being close to the Marcoses. In fact, BBM is one of their godfathers during his wedding with Toni.

To recall, Toni Gonzaga previously earned the backlash of netizens following her interview with Marcos Jr. Some claimed that the latter altered what actually has transpired during the Martial Law of which his father was the president. Toni kept mum on the issue.

Meanwhile, the former senator and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio are gearing up for the two highest positions in the government this coming May 9, 2022 elections.

They will go against the tandem of; Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
