Barbie remained loyal to the network as she renewed her contract with GMA Network last November 18. This marked her 12th year as a Kapuso star.

I feel kind of old. Wow, has it already been 12 years?

Barbie officially made her television debut in the 2009 Kapuso drama series “Stairway to Heaven”. The actress was just 12 years old at the time.

Barbie revealed that she also wanted to portray a “serial killer” role one day.

“It doesn’t have to be now, syempre kailangan dahan-dahan lang, pero isa yan sa dream kong ma-portray someday, serial killer,” Barbie said.

In Barbie’s 12-year showbiz career, she had portrayed many iconic roles such as Diana in “The Half Sisters” (2014), Dowokan in “Tuos” (2016), and Kara in “Kara Mia” (2019).

Last month, the Kapuso star explained why she and Jak Roberto didn’t post their new content on their respective YouTube channels. According to her, they’re both busy with their projects.
