Netizens Slam Alleged Scammer for Using Heartbreaking Posts to Convince Victims
An alleged scammer using heartbreaking posts online to lure its victims earned criticisms and negatives reactions from the netizens.
A Facebook user named Jasper Guiamad has shared the photo of a guy who has been allegedly involved in a vehicular accident and asked the online community for help. The post is now circulating online and elicits comments online.
Jasper said that the patient suffered serious injuries after his motorcycle slipped and smashed into an electrical post. The guy said that the rider has stitches in different parts of its head and could not eat well because of his condition.
Guiamad is seeking help and donations from the kindhearted netizens for the patient’s operation. He said that the patient needs P150, 000 for the surgical operation in order to survive.
Unfortunately, the social media users revealed that Guiamad’s post was a modus operandi used to earn instant money. According to the netizens, the guy is using heartbreaking post to lure its victims.
