Television host and vlogger Mariel Rodriguez recently took to social media as she shared that her YouTube channel successfully reached one million subscribers.
Mariel recently achieved another social media milestone as she successfully hit one million subscribers on YouTube just in time for her 37th birthday.
She, who started uploading videos on her YouTube channel last October 2012, recently shared the exciting news with her 3.6 million Instagram followers over the weekend.
In her Instagram post, Mariel shared that reaching one million subscribers on her YouTube channel was the “amazing birthday gift” she received on her birthday.
She then thanked those who subscribed to her channel, to those who watched her videos, and to those who have supported her since Day 1.

Although her YouTube channel had been existing for eight years, it was only last 2019 when she started actively uploading vlogs on her channel. As an official vlogger, Mariel’s first vlog entry was the gender reveal party she and Robin Padilla had for their second daughter, Gabriela.
Since then, Mariel had released a number of vlogs on her YouTube channel, mostly about her collections, cooking, and her life as a mother and a wife.
On her YouTube channel, the TV host shared that she decided to become a vlogger in order to show others “what it feels like to be a mother, how exciting and overwhelming it is”.
Mariel also said that through her vlogs, she hoped to inspire other mothers, soon-to-be mothers, and even fathers who “value the importance of taking really good care of themselves and their families”.
Her entire YouTube channel had garnered a total of 48 million video views to date.
