Alodia has been a cosplayer almost half of her life- dressing up as characters from video games, books, and movies.

In 2017, she ventured into vlogging and since then, she rose as one of the famous vloggers in the country with over 1.82 million subscribers.

She has been posting content ranging from her day-to-day life and cosplay events.

However, in her latest vlog, she divulged the reason why she has not been posting regularly on her YouTube account.

According to her, the main reason is that she needed to focus on Tier One Entertainment.

It is an esports company she founded in 2017 alongside entrepreneur Brian Lim and esports veteran Tryke Gutierrez.

Aside from that, she needed to focus on her other businesses.

“I think I’m getting a little overfatigued and I know I can’t afford to get sick because I still have tons of stuff to do like business meetings in between and project deadlines,” she said.

She also stressed that being a part of an esports company is more than just about playing online games.

In the said clip, she also previewed their new Tier One Esports and Gaming facility construction site in Quezon City. She was accompanied by her boyfriend Wil Dasovich.

Alodia Gosiengfiao became involved in cosplay after contacting other anime and video game enthusiasts in an internet fan forum called Anime Club.

She started cosplaying in 2003 at the age of 15, joining various competitions in Metro Manila. Her first cosplayed character was a Priestess from Ragnarok Online.
