CARL LAZARO – A TikToker with the handle name @kesongputiii is currently making rounds online following a video of him cursing at Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
In a live video, the TikToker slammed the mayor while cursing at him.
He even claimed that Yorme has no contribution to the country.
He also stressed that he’s not afraid of the mayor.

As expected, Carl earned the ire of netizens.
Carl Lazaro is somehow popular on the video-sharing platform, TikTok with over 430k followers and 2.4 million likes.
He has been posting clips of himself dancing to various TikTok hits.
He’s also famous on Instagram with more than 29k followers.
Meanwhile, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has yet to issue any statement regarding the harsh words hurled at him by Carl.
