Carl made a buzz online after he slammed and curses at Yorme.
He even claimed that the actor-turned-politician has no contribution to the country.
He also stressed that he’s not afraid of the mayor.
As expected, he earned the ire of netizens.
Meanwhile, Carl cried while apologizing to the mayor.
He admitted that he was under the influence of alcohol while doing the live video.

He has been posting clips of himself dancing to various TikTok hits.
He’s also famous on Instagram with more than 29k followers.
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has yet to issue any statement regarding the harsh words hurled at him by Carl Lazaro.
