Sue Ramirez on working with Zanjoe Marudo: “Hindi ako makapaniwala. Sobra.”
Sue Ramirez revealed that Zanjoe Marudo, her co-star in the upcoming ABS-CBN series “The Broken Marriage Vow,” is her “super crush.”
In an interview via Star Magic’s Inside News, she recalled her reaction after knowing that she was chosen to be part of the upcoming series.
“Nung sinabi nila ‘yan sa ‘kin, umiyak ako. Hindi ako makapaniwala. ‘Yung tuhod ko parang hindi na gumagalaw. Tapos ‘yung breathing ko talagang ‘di ko na alam kung paano. Tanong niyo lahat ng tao sa set na kasama ko. Hindi ako makausap nang tama. Umiiyak ako,” she said.
Sue Ramirez will portray the role of Lexy Lucero, the “other woman” of Dave Ilustre (Zanjoe Marudo) who will ruin his family with lead star Dr. Jill Ilustre, played by Jodi Sta. Maria.
“I’m so, so, so, so grateful for this project. And I’m excited to work with everyone na nasa cast, kasi ang gaganda ng mga kasama ko,” she said.
Asked about working with her “super crush” Zanjoe Marudo, she said: “Hindi ako makapaniwala. Sobra. Sabi ko sa ‘yo, ‘pag cinall out ko sa universe… Anong sabi ko? Magkakatrabaho kami niyan in the future. Magkakatrabaho kami. Ito na!”
