Mendoza said in a virtual interview with reporters that around 350 people will be allowed to attend President Duterte’s last SONA.

According to Mendoza, those who will attend will be subjected to COVID-19 RT-PCR and antigen testing. He also said that the COVID-19 RT-PCR test will be for those who will enter the plenary while the COVID-19 antigen test was for those who weren’t needed inside the plenary.
