MAINE MENDOZA – The actress and Eat Bulaga host received her first dose of vaccine against coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19.

Recently, she went to the image-sharing site, Instagram whereine she posted a photo of herself flexing her arm while holding a poster announcing that she has been vaccinated.

Her post was accompanied by the caption: “Got my first dose! Thank you, MandaVax!”

She then encouraged her followers to get inoculated. “Do your part and get vaccinated, dabarkads!” she said.

Maine Mendoza is one of the many celebrities inoculated with the vaccine against the dreaded COVID-19.

Among the Kapuso stars who have been vaccinated are Barbie Forteza, Jak Roberto, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Glaiza de Castro, Maris Racal, and Rico Blanco.

COVID-19 vaccination has been rolled out across the country to combat the rapid increase of COVID-19.

Among those who were on the priority list of the COVID-19 vaccination program are medical frontliners, persons with comorbidities, and senior citizens.

Celebrities as well as delivery service riders, self-employed, and other laborers who have to go out for work are part of the A4 category.
