Kim Molina: “Sobrang excited ko nung sinabi na si Pepe yung makakasama ko.”
KIM MOLINA – The Kapamilya actress has spoken about working with Pepe Herrera on MMK.
The two will appear in the upcoming episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya.
In the said episode, Pepe will play the role as Pepe’s wife.
This marked as the first MMK stint of Kim Molina.
But the two worked before via the long-running musical Rak of Aegis.
“Sobrang excited ko nung sinabi na si Pepe yung makakasama ko. Kasi babalik yung tambalan namin tapos siyempre pag first (lead role) ko and first (lead role) din ni Pepe, mas kampante ako dahil si Pepe yung kasama ko,” she said.
“Dahil we’ve done Rak of Aegis so many times. So yung connection namin ni Pe nandun pa rin so it was easier for me na makapag-eksena with him kasi alam ko na rin ang proseso ni Pe,” she added.
Kim Molina rose to fame after starring as Aileen in the hit Filipino musical entitled “Rak of Aegis.”
She’s also popular in her portrayal as Savannah, the assistant of Daniela Mondragon-Bartolome played by Dimples Romana in the now-defunct top-rated series, Kadenang Ginto.
On the big screen, she became notable with her lead roles in Momol Nights starring Kit Thompson and box office hit movie, #Jowable.
On the other hand, Pepe Herrera is a stage actor who turned TV star.
