Joel Cruz spent at least 52 million pesos on his eight (8) Filipino-Russian children.
The fragrance mogul recounted in an interview with Ogie Diaz his experiences just to achieve his dream of having his own child.
Joel Cruz allegedly went through an intense process before the Russian authorities gave permission for his surrogacy plan.
Ogie couldn’t help but ask Joel how much he spent on all his children.
“Yung unang set ko, kina Prince and Princess, lahat ‘yun ang nagastos ko kasama ‘yung eroplano, hotel and accommodation ko du’n, lahat mga tests, umabot ng mga 12 million pesos,” Joel said.
He continued: “Inaabutan ko din si Liliia. Kumbaga personally, personal money binibigyan ko siya. Siyempre may bayad siya du’n sa firm no?”
When asked how much he spent on his second twins, he said: “Alam ko du’n sa pangalawa mas less dun. Hindi siya umabot sa 12 naman. Parang 11 million lang siya sa pangalawa.”
Joel Cruz added that he spent at least 11 million for his third twins while nine million pesos each on his seventh and eighth kids.
All in all, he spent at least 52 million pesos.
