Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
SINOVAXED — Actor Dingdong Dantes recently took to social media as he and actress Marian Rivera received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Dingdong and Marian received their first dose of Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine in Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig last June 12.
Marian and Dingdong were among the 1,300 entertainment workers that had received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine as part of the “Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat” campaign initiative of the Task Force T3 for the private sector.
Actors/performers, media, and production staff and crew were eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine because they’re essential workers who were part of the A4 priority group.

The actor expressed his thanks to the team behind the “Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat” campaign for including entertainment workers, as well as self-employed persons, delivery riders, and other workers, in the A4 priority group.
“Sa linya ng aming trabaho, madalas ay kailangan mag-shoot sa labas. Kapag sasabak na sa eksena, mask-off. Kailangan naming tanggalin ang aming first line of defense sa COVID-19,” Dingdong said in his Instagram post.
Dingdong also admitted that he’s nervous to get the COVID-19 vaccine at first but he’s able to overcome his nerves for the benefit of his loved ones and the people around him.
