Tropical Storm Crising updates as of 11 AM today
PAGASA announced via its latest bulletin issued at 11 AM today, May 13, 2021, that Tropical Storm Crising intensifies while moving west-northwestward towards Davao Oriental-Surigao del Sur area.
It is traversing West Northwestward at 10 km/h and has maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h.
At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm Crising was located at 330 km East of Davao City (07.2 °N, 128.8 °E ).
Meanwhile, the following areas have been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1:
MINDANAO – The southern portion of Surigao del Sur (Lingig, City of Bislig), the southeastern portion of Agusan del Sur (Trento, Santa Josefa), the northern portion of Davao Oriental (Boston, Cateel, Baganga), and the northeastern portion of Davao de Oro (Compostela, Montevista, Monkayo, New Bataan)
According to PAGASA, the next update about Crising will be issued at 2 PM today.
