Danica Sotto shared her message for Marc Pingris after announcing his retirement from PBA.
Danica Sotto recently took to social media as she shared her message for her husband Marc Pingris after announcing his retirement from the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) after 16 years.
Danica shared in her Instagram post on Tuesday a photo of herself in an emotional embrace with her husband just after one of his games.
She shared that she wasn’t able to talk to her husband every time he had a game — especially an important one. According to her, her husband was quiet and not his usual cheerful self as he’s really focused on the game.
Danica also shared that she gave her husband his space because he’s really deep in thought; but when her husband started to warm up again to her and his children, it means that her husband had already accomplished his mission.

She then thanked those who had supported her husband in his basketball career and also shared that she’ll be “eternally grateful” for all the love and support.
“I will definitely miss watching him play but I’m also excited for what lies ahead. I know God has even greater plans,” Danica said to Marc.
Adding the hashtag #forevercheerleader, she said that she “will be forever proud of what you’ve accomplished. I’ll always be by your side. Love you so much!”
Danica’s post came after the “Pinoy Sakuragi” announced on Tuesday that he’ll be retiring at 39.
