JC Intal Retires from Basketball
JC INTAL – Celebrity cager JC Intal announced his retirement from basketball after 13 years of playing in the PBA.
Most prominent personalities in the field of basketball have spent a huge part of their lives playing the sport. For cager JC Intal, he’s playing basketball for 20 years now.
JC is a popular personality not only in sports but as well as in showbiz. In sports, he is one of the excellent cagers playing in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). In showbiz, he is the husband of television host Bianca Gonzalez.
JC and Bianca officially tied the knot in 2014. In October 2015, the celebrity couple welcomed their first child – a baby daughter they named Lucia.
Three (3) years after, in the same month which is October, JC and Bianca welcomed another member of their growing family – another baby girl who they named Carmen.
Visibly, the celebrity couple has a happy family. Bianca and the kids have always been supportive of JC in his basketball career, too.

Recently, after 20 years of playing basketball, JC Intal announced his retirement from the sport. He took to the social media a lengthy post expressing his gratitude to the people who have supported him and helped him in his career.
JC recalled that he played for two (2) years in Letran for High School, five (5) years in Ateneo when he was in college, and 13 years in the professional league. He expressed his thanks to Bianca and their daughters for loving and inspiring him.
In his Instagram post, JC also thanked his parents, siblings, his coaches, friends, and everyone who was part of his journey in basketball. He described it as a “bittersweet” feeling to say goodbye to the sports he love but assured that he is happy and proud for making the most of the opportunities that came his way.
