BERNADETTE SEMBRANO – The ABS-CBN broadcaster announced via her official Instagram page that she has recovered from COVID-19.
On the image-sharing site, she posted a snapshot of her doctor’s medical certificate.
She wrote: “Today, May 1 we officially survived Covid.”
Bernadette Sembrano then thanked those who sent her prayers as well as support amid her battle with the dreaded disease.
“Thanks for all the love that you sent over — Please continue to pray for each and every person afraid, afflicted, by FEAR, illness and those in a black hole because of losing of a loved one,” she said.
The broadcaster also gave a reminder to the public about health protocols.
“ISOLATE to keep each other safe. Pabakuna na!!! It’s ok to be afraid but remember MERON KAYONG MAGAGAWA to protect yourself and your loved ones. Hindi po kayo nag-iisa,” she added.
Meanwhile, other broadcasters also took to social media to express their joy after Bernadette recovered from the virus.
Anthony “Ka Tunying” Taberna said: “Ayooown!!! Mabuhay! Ang tanong, bakit mo naman tinakpan yung age mo? Alam ko naman na 34 ka na! @bsaguinaldo,” Anthony “Ka Tunying” Taberna said.
Karen Davila, on the other hand, noted: “So happy for you Bernadette!!!”
Bernadette Sembrano announced to the public last April 22 that she was infected with the coronavirus.
