Actress Glaiza De Castro recently shared that she’s excited and looking forward to the “other side of life” — to become a mother.
In an interview with pocaster Lia Cruz, Glaiza admitted that her life will change a lot when she and her Irish fiancé David Rainey got married.
GMA Entertainment reported that Glaiza’s usual life as an actress was noisy and colorful, which was her reason why the actress was looking forward to the new stage in her life — to be a mother.
According to her, she realized that the role of motherhood was more important than the characters she played on-screen because it’s the reality.
Based on a report, Glaiza’s fiancé was said to have been the way for the actress to find her true “identity”.

Glaiza also shared that the coronavirus pandemic had a big impact on her new outlook in life.
“Pinag-usapan lang namin pero ‘di ko pa siya naiintindihan until no’ng nag-pandemic na no’ng tinanggalan ako ng work. Kumbaga, iba na ‘yung setup namin pagdating sa trabaho. So ano ka na ngayon? Kung wala na ‘yun lahat, sino ka na? Kung tapos na ‘yung kontrata mo, ano na ang gagawin mo? ‘Di ka na pwedeng maging artista. Do’n ko na-realize na there is another side to who I am na ‘yun ‘yung i-e-embrace ko at i-e-enjoy ko dahil mas nagkaroon ako ng time para mas ma-explore ‘yun,” Glaiza shared.
