The spike in the COVID-19 cases in the Philippines prompted the re-imposition of stricter community quarantine measures. The whole National Capital Region (NCR) and the provinces of Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite are currently under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
Nowadays, people are living in the “New Normal”. Part of the protocols are the wearing of face mask and the practice of social distancing when going outdoors. Most establishments require a face shield apart from a face mask.
It’s been a year now since the pandemic began. The World Health Organization (WHO) previously warned countries not to let their guards down early to avoid a second wave of the disease. Even the international body was shocked by how fast the coronavirus spread.
