Racist Yells At Filipino For “Being Chinese”, Calls Him “Unethical Buddhist”
RACIST YELLS AT FILIPINO – While riding in the subway, a Filipino man encountered a racist who mistook him as Chinese.
Recently, the United States has seen a surge in the number of race-based hate crimes. Because of this, several Asians residing in the U.S. have encountered attack after attack.
Last week, a white male punched an elderly Chinese woman who was just standing on a side walk. This time, it was a Filipino man in a subway.
The Filipino recorded the incident on his phone and uploaded it on social media. In the video, you could see a black man mistaking him as Chinese because of his squinty eyes.
During the encounter, the black man asked:
“Why are the Chinese locking up Muslims in their country? Why do the “good Chinese” have Muslims locked up in their country? Could you answer that? “

According to netizens, the black man could’ve been “mentally ill”. They noted how he had hospital pants with no lace shoes. Likewise, another user commented “Mental illness seems rife there. Are there no doctors?”.
Still, with the amount of racism present in today’s modern society, people are starting to say that this behavior is becoming more dangerous than people think.
