Mark Anthony Fernandez shared his experience after being injected with the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The vaccination took place in Parañaque City on March 22.
In an interview, he recounted that he had no preparations made before being injected with the AztraZeneca vaccine.
“Nagpaturok ako kahapon at wala siyang side effect sa akin. Lumakas pa ako,” he said.
He continued: “Galing sa UK yung vaccine. Yung ibang side effect, either lagnatin ka nang konti o mahilo. Ako, walang ganoon. Medyo lumakas pa ako.
“Ang analysis ko, baka may health condition yung mga nilagnat o nahilo,” he added.
In Mark’s case, he has no history of a medical condition that could have affected the vaccine.
He also seems to be in good shape now.
Mark Anthony Fernandez is scheduled for a second injection of the COVID-19 vaccine.
And even though he has the vaccine, he still continues to wear a face mask and face shield to protect himself and the people he comes in contact with.
Mark Anthony Fernandez encourages everyone to get vaccinated as soon as there is a vaccine available to reduce feelings of anxiety.
Aside from the COVID-19 vaccine, Mark also reminded the public to be careful with dengue because he has noticed that the virus that is transmitted from mosquito bites seems to be ignored.
