Basher to KC Concepcion: “parang drag queen.”
KC Concepcion reacted to a basher comparing her looks to a drag queen.
Recently, she went to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she posted a clip of herself.
It is accompanied by the caption: “Interrupting my Stay at Home content with one post of me on set – was so nervous to go back to working on location, thanks to the rise in cases in the Philippines, but the crew swabbed, wore masks and @sanivirsmoke ‘d the place because we all gotta stay safe and get that coin. Stay healthy everyone.”
KC Concepcion’s post was then flooded with reactions and among the remark that caught her attention is from a netizen with handle name @steponmelissa who wrote: “parang drag queen.”
To which KC Concepcion responded, “Lol drag queens are amazing.”
Meanwhile, a drag queen is being described as a person, usually male, who uses drag clothing and makeup to imitate and often exaggerate female gender signifiers and gender roles for entertainment purposes.
In modern times, drag queens are associated with gay men and gay culture, but they can be of any gender.
