Glaiza de Castro had documented her trip back to the Philippines
Kapuso actress Glaiza de Castro had documented her trip back to the Philippines in a vlog that she posted on her own YouTube channel.
Glaiza took a plane ride from Belfast (the capital of Northern Ireland) to London (the capital of England). It was in Belfast where she and her fiancé parted ways.
When she got to London, she decided to stay overnight in a hotel near the airport. She then went to Heathrow Airport (London’s international airport) on the following day.
However, the actress was placed in a holding area in order to double check her swab results.
“Kahit negative, kailangan na pala within 72 hours ang test dahil sa new UK variant, ginawa ko yung sa akin within 96 hours. Buti in allow nila,” Glaiza shared.

In the airplane, passengers — including her — were given an essentials kit that had face mask, gloves, hand sanitzer, and a “snood” or another layer of protective wear.
Glaiza had a layover in Abu Dhabi, wherein her swab results were questioned again, but she was allowed to fly eventually.
The actress then arrived in Manila, Philippines after eight hours of travel. Before heading to her hotel, Glaiza underwent two “mouth and nasal swab” test.
