Tanya Roberts cause of death revealed
Tanya Roberts’ publicist officially revealed the cause of “Charlie’s Angels” star’s death after confirming that she died at the hospital.
On Monday morning, it was erroneously announced by her publicist Mike Pingel that the “Charlie’s Angels” star had died on Sunday — only to find out hours later that the actress was still alive.
After the bizarre mishap, it was tragically confirmed by Mike that the actress passed away on Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
“With a heavy heart I can confirm the death of Tanya Roberts last night on January 4, 2021 around 9:30pm PT at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA,” Mike said.

Mike revealed in a statement to People that the cause of Tanya’s death was from a “urinary tract infection” which spread to her kidney, gallbladder, liver, and bloodstream.
According to him, an online memorial for Tanya Roberts would be announced shortly, adding that the family asked for privacy as they mourned her death.
Tanya’s husband Lance O’Brien said that his wife had tested negative for COVID-19.
Her death came a day after her husband mistakenly told her publicist that she had died in a bizarre hospital mix-up on Sunday.
