Maja Salvador Breaks Silence on Cancellation of Noontime Show

Maja Salvador has broken her silence on the abrupt cancellation of her noontime show, Sunday Noontime Live.

It was on Sunday when SNL aired its last episode.

Sunday Noontime Live! was a musical variety show broadcast on TV5 which premiered on October 18, 2020.
It was co-presented by a lineup of ABS-CBN, Star Magic and Cornerstone Entertainment talents led by Piolo Pascual, Catriona Gray, Donny Pangilinan, and Jake Ejercito.

Maja Salvador was also one of the hosts of the noontime program.

In a tweet, she said: “Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat na sumubaybay, sumuporta, at nakisaya sa amin sa isang buong season ng #SNL,”

She also thanked former Star Magic head Johnny Manahan or Mr. M.

“Thank you very much Mr. M sa pagbuo ng show na ito para makapagbigay ng trabaho sa marami at makapagdulot ng saya sa lahat ng mga fans for the past 3 months!” she said.

“#TeamLive Magkikita pa tayong muli!” she added.

Meanwhile, ASAP Natin ‘To, the Sunday noontime musical-variety show of ABS-CBN will replace the timeslot of SNL on TV5.

The upcoming airing of ASAP Natin ‘To on TV5 is part of the partnership formed between the Kapamilya Network and Kapatid Network. But it can still be watched on A2Z.
